The residence is located in a security estate with small game wandering freely between the houses. The property slope from West to East overlooking a man made lake.
The design had to retain the view towards the lake without compromising on North facing natural light. Access to the house is via external stairs leading to the first floor to enhance the view towards the lake.
Clerestory windows add natural light to lake facing interior spaces. The plan form is fragmented and angled to accommodate the natural slope of the site.
