The warehouse located in Hignway Business Park Centurion have been designed to be used by a single or multiple tenant as it is mirrored along the length of the structure. The entrance lobby and stairwell are placed in the middle to ensure access to both wings. The facade facing the R101 route is articulated with an extended curved roof acting as as a clip on element adding legibility and scale to the structure.

The office component is located on the first floor which creates a sound proof environment and increase the surveillance on the warehouse floor below.

Loading facilities are placed facing the internal road network of the development as not to take up valuable space lost by the wide turning circles required for heavy vehicles

The roof is curved with a step along the length of the building to allow for natural ventilation and light to reach the warehouse floor.
