The project is located is close proximity to three large security estates, namely Sitari, Croydon and Kelderhof Estate. The design language is a modern interpretation of the Cape vernacular architectural style. The building mass consist of barn type structures with glazed facades facing the R43 and entrance road to Kelderhof Estate. The gables are articulated with large scale chimney and stair elements. Simplified square arches adds legibility to the elevations announcing the main access routes. Buttress walls acts as structural and space defining elements.
