The design concept revolves around three intersecting rectangles which create screened courtyards to guard against the prevailing wind, which changes direction as the seasons pass.
The mass of the structure are linked with the natural fynbos beyond by making used of clip on elements therefore reducing the scale.
Natural stone were sourced from the surrounding area, anchoring the design in its natural environment.
