The Grove

The design consist of 13 freehold stands which are arranged to protect the existing trees on site. The floor plans are in a split level configuration to follow the natural slope and contours of the site
The roof angles are kept at a low angle to retain views towards the ocean from all the stands.
The interior spaces open up towards covered patio’s linking the inside with the outside green spaces beyond.
